The house is spread over three levels: the living area is on the ground floor, while the sleeping area is spread across the first floor and the basement. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and well-organized, designed to ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay.

• Ground Floor: Bright, air-conditioned living area with sofa and dining table, fully equipped and functional kitchenette, fully equipped bathroom, and a spiral staircase leading to the sleeping area on the upper and basement level.
• First Floor: Air-conditioned double bedroom with direct access to a small terrace overlooking the sea, two single bedrooms, and a full bathroom.
• Basement: Cool and spacious double bedroom.

• Generous courtyard complete with barbecue, double sink, and convenient outdoor shower.
• Large covered veranda, ideal for cozy meals, delicious barbecues, and outdoor aperitifs.
• A green park extends in front of the house, ideal for enjoying moments of authentic contact with nature and for the little ones to have fun.
