Welcome to Casa Luda, a residence that combines comfort, nature, and services, located in one of the most authentic and yet little-known corners of Sardinia.
Less than a 5-minute walk from the beach, the house is nestled in a panoramic and private setting, within a meticulously maintained complex with a sea-view swimming pool, sports fields, and relaxation areas. All surrounded by the pristine nature of the eastern Sardinian coast.

• Upon entering, you'll find a bright, air-conditioned living room furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, dining table, and TV. The window frames a splendid sea view. The living area is completed by a fully equipped kitchenette for self-catering in complete comfort.
• A small hallway separates the living area from the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms, both air-conditioned, with spacious wardrobes and windows with mosquito nets.
• The bathroom is complete with shower, sink, washing machine, and everything you need.

• Private corner with green lawn and lounge chairs, ideal for enjoying an aperitif.
