The house is spread over two levels: Villa Fico 2 is located on the first floor with independent rooms, while the large surrounding garden is shared with the ground floor.
Upon request, exclusive use of the entire property is also available.

• Bright and spacious, air-conditioned living area with comfortable sofas and a dining table, featuring a fully equipped kitchen.
• Three versatile bedrooms, each with a wardrobe, can be configured with single or double beds as needed. Each room is air-conditioned and has a full private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
• Bathroom: One of the three bathrooms was designed to offer convenient shared access. However, it can be made independent, allowing for private use from the bedroom it belongs to.

🍃 Outdoors:
• Covered veranda, perfect for enjoying pleasant meals and aperitifs outdoors with a view of the surrounding nature.
• Generous garden offering plenty of space and, thanks to the surrounding vegetation, you can enjoy moments of true relaxation.
• Spacious shared covered patio with seating, equipped with an outdoor kitchen, wood-burning oven, and barbecue, ideal for delicious barbecues and socializing.
• A small shared building also houses a laundry area with two washing machines and two covered showers, perfect for refreshing yourself after a long day at the beach.

The shared entrance allows for parking one car on the property.
